JEFFERSON CITY – After weeks of keeping Missourians in the dark, Claire McCaskill still won’t take a position on U.S. Sen. Russ Feingold’s Resolution even as the proposal is heard today by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Her silence on the issue is a sign that when difficult questions are raised about national security, Claire McCaskill can’t make up her mind.

While McCaskill has publicly opposed the surveillance of terrorists who pose a threat to the Un
