McCaskill Twin Hillary Bringing Liberal Road Show to Mainstream Missouri

JEFFERSON CITY–Claire McCaskill’s ideological twin Hillary Clinton is bringing her radical left-wing agenda to Missouri next month in a desperate attempt to raise money in a state where most voters have rejected her tax-and-spend liberalism.

McCaskill and Hillary support same sex marriage. Missourians do not. McCaskill and Hillary oppose listening in on terrorist telephone calls. Missourians support our national defense. McCaskill and Hillary oppose Medicare prescription drugs for seniors. Missourians support seniors’ access to life saving medicines.

“Hillary Clinton and Claire McCaskill don’t represent Missouri values and they know it, but that won’t stop these followers of Howard Dean and Teddy Kennedy from pursuing their all encompassing political ambitions,’’ said Paul Sloca, communications director for the Missouri Republican Party. “And it certainly hasn’t stopped Hillary Clinton from slithering into our state in a desperate search for campaign dollars.’’

Clinton will be in St. Louis next month to solely collect money for her U.S. Senate race in New York. The event is being coordinated by longtime Democrat operative Joyce Aboussie who has close ties to McCaskill’s campaign and was the longtime political director for Dick Gephardt.

“If there’s any truth whatsoever to the press accounts that Claire McCaskill is trying to distance herself from radical national liberals like Hillary Clinton, Claire McCaskill should take the opportunity to skip Hillary’s fundraiser and distance herself from Hillary’’ Sloca said. “Missourians will be watching closely to see if Claire’s rhetoric matches her actions when Hillary comes to St. Louis.’’
