JEFFERSON CITY — According to state records recently released to the Associated Press, Missouri Attorney General Jay Nixon has purchased more than 20 Blackberry telecommunication devices for his staff since January 2005, in spite of massive reductions being made in other state agencies to address the state’s spending problem.
