County chairs, please make sure that you have completed each of the following:

2012 Caucus and Convention Packets were mailed to each county chairman in October 2011.  If you need additional copies of any of the following:

  1. Certificates of Election for State Delegates/Alternates, Congressional Delegates/Alternates
  2. Local Caucus Chairman’s Checklist
  3. Agenda Templates for Reporting the Minutes

Report the location of your county caucus

Please fill out and submit the details of your local caucus.

Contact your county clerk to obtain a list of registered voters

Please visit http://www.sos.mo.gov/elections/countyclerks.asp to find your local election authority.
