Statement on the passing of George Parker

David Cole, Chairman of the Missouri Republican Party, issued the following statement on the passing of George Parker:

“George Parker was a pillar in the Republican Party, and he will be greatly missed. His years of service in the Missouri General Assembly and subsequent creation of the Pachyderm organization continue to have a profound impact on thousands of people across the nation. Those of us who have had the privilege of knowing George will miss his wit and enthusiasm, but we are comforted with the knowledge that everyone has benefited from his dedication to his country, community and party.”
